Oracles
In 2010 I had the opportunity of taking people on trips in Greece.
Here are some of the notes that inspired me to go, about
natural temples,
precognition, dolphins
(cetaceans), shammans, "oracles" and the center of the world, Delphi.

"It was common enough in the Gilbert Islands that certain local clans has he power of porpoise calling, but it was like the Indian rope trick; you never met anyone who had actually witnessed the thing...
Kitiona's own kindmen in the Kuma village, seventeen miles up-lagoon, were the hereditary porpoise-callers of the High Chiefs of Butaritari and Makin-Meang. His first cousin was a leading expert at the game; he could put himself into the right kind on dream on demand. His spirit went out of his body in such a dream; it sought out the porpoise-folk in their home under the Western horizon and invited them to a dance, with feasting, in Kuma village. If he spoke the words of the invitation right (And very few had the secret of them) the porpoise would follow him with eyes of joy to the surface.
Having led them to the lagoon entrance, he would fly forward to rejoin his body and warn the people of their coming. It was quite easy for one who knew the way of it. The porpoise never failed to arrive. Would i like some called for me? After some rather idle shilly-shallying I admitted that I would; but did he think I should be allowed to see them coming?Yes he replied, that could probably be arranged. He would talk to his kindsmen about it...
When the fat, friendly man who styled himself the High Chief's hereditary porpoise-caller came waddling down the beach to greet me, I asked when the porpoise would arrive. He said he would have to go into his dream first, but thought he could have them there for me by three or four o'clock.
Please through, he added firmly, would I be careful to call them, from now on, only 'our friends from the West'. The other name was tabu...
The hours dragged by and nothing happened. Four o'clock passed. My faith was beginning to sag under the strain when a strangled howl burst from the dreamer's hut. I jumped round to see his cumbrous body come hurtling head first through the torn screens. He sprawled on his face, struggled up, and staggered through the open, a slobber of salvia on his chin. He stood awhile clawing at the air and whining on a queer note like a puppy's. Then words came gulping out of him: 'Teirake! Teirake! (Arise! Arise!)... They come! ... Our friends from the west... They come! Let us go down and greet them.' He started at a lumbering gallop down the beach... a man near me yelped and stood pointing; others took up his cry, but I could make out nothing for myself at first in the splintering glare of the sun. When at last I did see them.... they were pretty near ... gambolling towards us at a fine clip. When they came to the edge of the blue water by the reef, they slackened speed, spread themselves out and started cruising back and forth in front of our line. Then, suddenly, there was no more of them.
In the strained silence that followed, I thought they were gone. The dissapointment was so sharp I did not stop to think that, even so, I had seen a very strange thing. I was in the act of touching the dreamer's shoulder to take my leave when he turned his still face to me: 'The king out of the west come to meet me', he murmured pointing... My eyes followed his hand. There, not even ten yards away, was the great shape of a porpoise poised like a glimmering shadow in the glass-green water. Behind it followed a whole dusky flotilla of them. So slowly they came, they seemed to be hung in a trance."

Residing in her temple on the sacred slopes of Mount Parnassos in central Greece, she was consulted on matters large and small."

The Greek name for the ancient oracle Delphi comes from Dolphin - as Apollo also was known as taking shape of a dolphin
The name Delphois comes from the same root as δελφύς delphys,"womb" and may indicate archaic veneration of Gaia ("Gi" = Planet Earth), Grandmother Earth, and the Earth Goddess at the site Apollo is connected with the site by his epithet Δελφίνιος Delphinios, "the Delphinian". The epithet is connected with dolphins (Greek δελφίς,-ῖνος) in the Homeric Hymn to Apollo (line 400), recounting the legend of how Apollo first came to Delphi in the shape of a dolphin, carrying Cretan priests on his back.At the site of Delphi was placed the Omphalos, a magic conical stone, which was allegedly the centre of the Earth.

Oracles were common in ancient times - notably in Egypt, where Greece probably took its model of inspiration. Oracles other were used often to establish contact to the divine, ask for greater or minor things like harvest issues - or the conquest of other town states.
The particular energy of the hundred of Greek Isles is amazing, not to be found alike any other place in the world.
Another quite interesting aspect isthat the ancient Greeks were
probably Tolkien's "Elves". The acient white temples in white marble, the proud
playful song of the Greek language, the herbal tradition of the
Cretans, the Cretan Lembas etc.
Most traditional stories about the Oracle of Delphi focus on the aspect of Hellenistic history its latter Hellenistic/Roman chronologists (e.g. the geographer Strabo, Plutarch, Herodotus etc see footnote 1). A typical stereotypic version can be found in T. Dempsey's: Delphic Oracle: Its Early History, Influence and Fall (1918) - similar to the modern text on Delphi.
Now just to summarise what
"future
seeing" or precognition is about, one can start
with the portrait of the Oracle as a woman in The Matrix (1999) -
hinting at the future in vague paradoxes. Never too precise, but enough
to prove mystical guidance. This "future creation" is indeed a direct
link the present and the mystical seer of the divine evolution
unfolding. It has also been called prophetic wisdom/vision.
There are few sources of the exact origin of Delphi. The two most referenced are as follows.
The first is from the Homeric Hymn: that Creatan's sailing from Crete had a dolphin jumping on to their ship deck telling them to set up a temple at Delphi.

The other theory is about a goat herd

following some of his goats into a cravass at the Delphi site.

It has been postulated that a gas high in ethylene, known to produce violent trances, came out of this opening, though this theory remains debatable.While in a trance the Pythia "raved" - probably a form of ecstatic speech - and her ravings were "translated" by the priests of the temple into elegant hexameters. People consulted the Delphic oracle on everything from important matters of public policy to personal affairs. The oracle could not be consulted during the winter months, for this was traditionally the time when Apollo would live among the Hyperboreans"
They
say
that
the
seat
of
the
oracle
is
a
cavern
hollowed
deep
down
in
the
earth,
with
a
rather narrow mouth, from which rises a pneuma [gas,
vapor, breath; hence our words "pneumatic" and "pneumonia"] that
produces divine possession. A tripod is set above this cleft, mounting
which, the Pythia inhales the vapor and prophesies. Strabo (64

As it even is something that
was orally delivered ("They say"..),
one could speculate that indeed even if as Strabo the Greek geologist
was right about the trance was induce by gas ("pneuma")
then it should be possible at any rate to repeat the experiment and
take this gas at the site. Perhaps something got lost in translation:
the
word Pneuma also means breath - the ancient technique associated with
indeed getting into trance. Just think about how commonly shamans go
into trance even without enthogens. The speciality with Delphi
obviously is the prophetic wisdom - something that modern scientist
have no clue to explain. With Strabo, fellow geologist de Boer and so
on and on it is with people who have a hammer - they look for nails to
pound on.
THE DOLPHIN TEMPLE?
Let us go back a second to the first two existing myths about the origin of the temple. Recall that Cretans allegedly had mystical guidance by a dolphin to set up a temple?
What modern "researchers" (another word for spiritual ignorant people) somewhat consciously bypass is the nature of "Delphin" - the ancient Greek name for DOLPHIN.
The gulf of Corinth happens to be one of the most trafficked sites by dolphins in the Mediterranean sea and the uterus of the uterus the Mediteranean (at least before water could flow through the channel of Corinth in the 18th century).
The temple of Delphi was set up around 800 BC, but the place was definitely sacred before that. The first written accounts are first from 500BC. Three hundred years is a long time especially as spirituality at the time was in decline: A lot of things could have changed. The oracle at Delphi had its Hellenic hey-days from around 580 BC to 86 BC where Sulla sacks the treasuries of Delphi. In fact Delphi became to function as the central bank of Greece as Delphi received 10% of the war spoil from the various town states. 200 years after Delphi turns into a ruin. The centre of economy, religion and religious icon art Delphi turns into a myth. The oracle holds another 200 years vastly emptied of power.
Before 800 BC we know that the Egyptians, who as many other ancients probably were descendants from Atlanteans, have at least 2500 years of dynastic history. Including oracles, black magic, sorcery, ethogens. No accounts from Greece exist but it would be strange if there isn't any thing going on at Delphi. Especially considering the dolphin also is the sacred animal of Apollo and .. Atlantis - though the sources of this comes from obscure sources.
The question is what is a "scientific" viable theory. The divine form of "seeing" is sometimes called prophetic vision. But the way visions form or participate in the creeation of the world is little understood today: evolution is intuitive chanelling within karma.
What if Delphi as the site suggests was a sacred site due to the near by breeding dolphins? What if Delphi as the "Uterus" of the Earth simply is so because it is the sacred site for dolphins?
DOLPHIN CHARACTERISTICS
Cetaceans including the dolphinus family have a much longer evolutionary history than man. Where Homus Erectus draws on aprox 1 mio years of evolution, the sea mammals draw on more than 20 mio years. The dolphin brain, highly sophisticated, uses holographic projection apart from its normal seeing abilities. Dolphins use this with sonar to see in darkness and spot fish. Their communication abilities are much more developed using a much wider bandwidth and bit density. Through multitonal clicks and underwater sub-sonic sound they are able to almost form a uni-consciousness. This has even been "proved" by scientific experiments. Their brains is slightly larger compared to humans but their neo cortex is much more developed suggesting highly developed spiritual abilities. In fact just to be able to communicate to man they change they language to air borne sounds, to make themselves barely intelligible to the ignorant on two feet..
There are several people who already have enjoyed establishing contact to this ancient sacred religion, to the worlds primordial healer. Intuitive channelling is sometimes mixed with additional fiction - but its a way to make the incomprehensible, comprehensible. This is why a child makes fictions, fantasies and son on. Because it is simply the most adedequade description of something the mind cannot phantom. Ancient shamans in many cultures used to "clean" the atmosphere - they would also assist in healing the Earth of malicious spirits, take journeys to the Underworld and take animal form to communicate with animals and so on. This sacred function of loving the world forward, establishing contact to other realms is the ancient role of the shammanistic world builder.
Dolphins and whales are extraordinary animals because they are the primordial shamans in the animal realm, in addition to Elephants, cows and so on.
To the modern individual the thought of an animal being more inteligent or being spiritual is strange. But isn't it obvious that animals with highly developed holographic sight, a double sized brain would have just as good possibility of becoming spiritual as humans? Or in fact much more so - that humans havn't even touched upon the infinite realm of the so called "extra terrestrial". That "ET" is just the word the ignorant use for establishing contact with the source or other dimensions? If we can't communicate with them how would we know? Berry continues:
Dolphins assist in creating the spiritual harmonies and frequencies to form birth, spiritual conception - on Earth. That is why their role in the transformation to the Aquarian age, of 2010-2012 is so central.
This is ofcourse a complete other entry point to the ancient oracle than previously explained by science. Delphi is by some described as the 6th Earth naval chakra - the umbellical cord of
creation, the centre of all whurlas.

The dolphins' influence transcends time, space and physicality. It is not necessary to be in their presence to be healed by them and to receive their gifts, although that is an experience everyone should enjoy!
Perhaps the only species that compares with humans in intelligence, dolphins also possess an innate gentleness and a mysterious power to trigger the healing process in humans while renewing our inherent belief in the beauty and the ecstasy of being alive. There is something about being in the presence of dolphins that not only brings out the best in you, it is known to have healing qualities to relieve chronic pain, restore movement, cure autism, disease and, in a few cases, even cancer.
Science apart, there is a deeper meaning to dolphin therapy. Dolphins can do this "procedure" multi-dimensionaly, and from the vantage point of pure love. I believe that dolphins are a higher life form, who are helping lead humanity towards a better future. Dolphins have no prehensile extremities, so their intelligence has never gone in the manipulation of their environment. Their thoughts have developed inward. I suspect that whales and dolphins quite naturally go in the directions we call spiritual—in that they get into meditative states quite easily where they are able to access All That Is for creative healing. Plutarch, the Greek moralist and biographer, said: "To the dolphin alone, beyond all other, nature has granted what the best philosophers seek: friendship for no advantage."
When you encounter a wild dolphin in open waters, something breaks open the conditioned seals of your heart. Dolphins make you feel accepted as you are, with unconditional love, and are able to lead us to a profound inner peace that reaches out to embrace the universe. In scientific terms, this is biophillia, the transformative power that links you to nature, and recent research suggests that dolphins could be the most powerful carriers of this emotion.
Dolphins assist us in seeing our lives as they are from within the 3rd through the 7th dimensions. As we open and allow ourselves to connect to the higher planes, we find there is less judgment and critical thought, simply acceptance." (Susan Berry)
This "healer" connection is the primordial living creator spirit manifested into shamanic being. It is one of the most poorly understood elements in history that in fact evolution is co-created: like when we love our children forward, actually Earths evolution is loved forward into being. The main co-creators in this are the cetaceans.
"The Lemurians had their own form of "Dolphin Temples" connected to the Dolphin Whurla. These "temples" were not like the underwater pyramids built over the Whurla by the Atlanteans, but instead identified places on land that were connected through Dolphin Songlines to the underwater Whurlas. This Songline connection was established through human Shamans, who communed with the dolphins and "sung" with them to establish these land connections to the Whurla. It was a sacred dance of being between the Shaman and the dolphins. Once the surface node was established, the dolphins continued to maintain the connection generation after generation, as it had become part of their tribal Songline. The purpose for the Lemurian Dolphin Temples or "Parakta," was to allow humans to come into the sacred space which had been set aside for Dolphin-Human "singing," and call upon their sea brethren to commune in the heart, exchanging healing love-codes between the species. Whether the people in the Delphi temple knew that it was dolphin or in modern speak "ET" consciousness they were communicating with is sort of irrelevant - its simply a fact that Delphi WAS this connection.
